New Clients at Anderson Health Chiropractic & Osteopathy
Once you’ve booked your health action plan with Anderson Health Chiropractic & Osteopathy, we’ll send you a welcome email letting you know what to expect. This email will also include a form for you to fill in, which you can complete electronically or you can complete this in the practice, however we do require that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for this.
Your First Visit
Our practice is warm and welcoming, and our staff will greet you with a smile and help you feel right at home. One of our Doctors will talk with you about your health history and what’s currently going on that has prompted you to seek our care. Then they’ll conduct a thorough orthopaedic and neurological examination to diagnose the underlying issues as well as a postural assessment. If further images are needed, you will be referred out for those and they are bulk billed under Medicare.
Your Second Visit
At your second visit, the Doctor will explain all their practical findings and lay out their recommendations for your care going forward based on your goals. Then, if you’re ready to begin, we’ll start your treatment at this visit. Each of these first two visits will be approximately 30 minutes.
Customised Care
The Doctor will create a care plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. They’ll offer education along the way to help you understand how your body got to its current state, and how you can achieve better overall health and wellness. Many of our clients will receive exercise and rehabilitation as a part of their care.

We want to encourage entire families to optimise their health, so we offer a special price for a spine and nerve check to family members of existing clients to determine if we could help them create better health or protect their current health.
