Dr Firas Hasan
Dr Hasan suffered from acid reflux and mid-back pain for years. After countless visits to medical doctors seeking alternatives to long-term medication, he discovered chiropractic care — a turning point that dramatically changed his life and ignited his passion for helping others.
Dr Hasan graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) with a Master of Clinical Chiropractic, Bachelor of Applied Science in Complementary Medicine, and Bachelor of Applied Science in Biotechnology and Biomedical Science.
He is a certified Sympathetic Dominance Protocol practitioner, Atlas Orthogonal practitioner, sleep specialist, and published author. In 2020, he wrote Take Control of Your Health: How to Harness the Power of Your Body to Heal, with the aim of empowering individuals to better understand their health and wellbeing.
Dr Firas Hasan is the Founder and CEO of Platinum Spinal Centre, which he established in 2010 and expanded to two locations across Australia over the past 13 years. He has over 13 years of clinical chiropractic experience and is known for his philosophy of Diagnostic Excellence, focusing on identifying and correcting the underlying cause of symptoms — what he refers to as Body Signals — with a strong emphasis on neurostructural correction.
He has treated a wide range of high-profile clients, including Mr Australia bodybuilders, Commonwealth Games gold medallists in high jump and weightlifting, professional athletes, singers and actors in the Bollywood industry, as well as members of Victoria Police and the Australian Defence Force.
Outside the Practice
When Dr Hasan isn’t in the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Klaudia and their three children — Ariana (12), Rayan (9), and Adara (3). All three were home-born and have received chiropractic care from birth. As a family, they enjoy travelling, the outdoors, and maintaining an active lifestyle. Dr Hasan regularly trains at the gym and practices MMA, valuing physical fitness for both mental and physical health.
